Napoleonic Naval Miniatures, Accessories and Rules
We are proud to present our line of miniatures and accessories in
1:700 scale which has been shown to be the preferred scale on the
game table. These ships are just the right size to see a good
amount of detail while playing. The ship's hull is made of
white metal, the mast are steel, and the sails are paper.
Using silicone to glue the sails to the masts makes for very
flexible glue joints. We designed these ships to be very sturdy
as they are made to be played with as well as look good.
Our ships come either in kit form to allow you to assemble and
paint, or we can do the work for you in which case all you need to
do is select which nationality, ship type, and quantity. Our
painted ships are first packaged in protective gift boxes which are
then packed in a shipping box to ensure the ship arrives safely.
We have four ships in our line representing these ship sizes:
Single Decker - 32 through 44 gun ships
Small Double Decker - 50 through 68 gun ships
Large Double Decker - 70 through 88 gun ships
Triple Decker - 90 through 136 gun ships

Painted Single Decker (32 to 44 guns) (Top)
The
single decker made up the largest group of ships during this period
as they were smaller than the other three types listed here meant they
were also cheaper to both build and maintain. Nations paid
close attention to the massive costs of these ships. Single
Decker often referred to as Frigates were used to a great extent as
dispatch ships of both personnel and orders. They also
served as patrol ships in small squadrons ranging from one to six
ships.Painted ships come fully assembled and painted just as you see.

Painted Small Double Decker (50 to 68 guns) (Top)
Serving
as the back bone of most of the smaller nations (money limitations)
and almost all nations in years just before this period when ship
technology did not allow for bigger ships. These smallest of
the ships of the line were very common in battle fleets early in
this period.Painted ships come fully assembled and painted just as you see.

Painted Large Double Decker (70 to 86 guns) (Top)
Pride
of the Napoleonic Naval period, these large double decker's were
fast, maneuverable, and very powerful. As ship technology
allowed these ships became the most common ships of the line
allowing those more wealthy nations to create massive powerful
fleets. Painted ships come fully assembled and painted just as you see.

Painted Triple Decker (90 to 136 guns) (Top)
Many
of the triple decker ships served as flag ships for bigger squadrons
and fleets. Others were used as tremendous gun platforms in
the middle of a battle line. No matter where these ships went
the enemy needed to beware. Some famous triple decker ships
were the 100 gun HMS Victory, the 120 gun Le Orient, the 136
Santisima Trinadad, and the 130 Blagadot.Painted ships come fully assembled and painted just as you see.

Every game should have one or two ship striking their colors.
What better item to mark this event than our beautiful Struck
Ships. Our models come in all four sizes (Single,
Small Double, Large Double and Triple) and are mounted
on bases which are sized to fit into our Ship Yard Carrying case. It is
always best to have several on hand to put out for your opponent
just after you cripple their ships. HA!

The Ship Yard Carrying Case holds up to 12 assembled ships.
Made of multi-layered cardboard and heavy plastic "H" rails to slide
you ships sideways into the box. Fully assembled using a heavy
packing tape on all of the box edges which move in and out as part
of the opening mechanism. The space between the rails are
exactly measured to use our PMG Wooden Bases (see below.)
Wooden Bases 5-Pack (Top)
Our
wooden bases are exactly cut to length to fit the rail system of our
Ship Yard Carrying Case (see above.) These bases have both
long edges beveled to allow for mounting of the ships name making
ship identification easy for everyone.
